Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Omniveo, an AI video and image generation platform available at omniveo.net. By accessing or using Omniveo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. About Omniveo
Omniveo provides tools for text-to-video, image-to-video, text-to-image, image editing, reference-media-guided generation, prompt workflows, generation history, and related creative features. Supported models, providers, pricing, processing times, credit costs, features, and output formats may change over time.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Omniveo. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for your account, credentials, billing information, and all activity under your account. You may not share, sell, rent, transfer, or sublicense account access. Notify us at support@omniveo.net if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Using the Service
Subject to these Terms, Omniveo grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful personal or commercial creative workflows.
You agree not to:
- Interfere with, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass the service or its security measures
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to create accounts, consume credits, or generate at abusive scale without permission
- Resell Omniveo access, credits, outputs, or model capacity as a competing service without authorization
- Circumvent geographic, payment, usage, model, safety, or rate limits
- Upload malicious files, malware, tracking code, or content intended to harm systems or users
4. User Content and Generated Outputs
User Content includes prompts, negative prompts, uploaded images, uploaded videos, reference media, audio, settings, support messages, and other materials you submit. Generated Outputs include videos, images, thumbnails, and other outputs created through Omniveo.
You retain rights you already own in your User Content. You grant Omniveo and our service providers a limited license to host, store, transmit, reproduce, process, transform, display, and create outputs from User Content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law and subject to your plan limits, these Terms, third-party model terms, and the rights of others, you may use Generated Outputs for personal or commercial purposes. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, non-exclusive, or similar to outputs generated by other users. Omniveo does not guarantee that an output is unique, legally protectable, suitable for a specific use, or free of third-party rights.
5. Uploaded Media and Rights Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, consents, licenses, and releases needed for any media you upload or ask Omniveo to process. This includes rights related to people, likenesses, voices, trademarks, copyrighted works, products, private information, locations, music, and other protected material.
Do not upload or generate content that violates privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, platform rules, applicable law, or the rights of any person or organization.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Omniveo to create, upload, request, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal, exploitative, sexually explicit, or involves minors in inappropriate contexts
- Promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, abuse, or harassment
- Creates non-consensual intimate content, impersonation, identity abuse, or misleading synthetic media
- Defames, threatens, doxxes, or targets individuals or protected groups
- Facilitates fraud, phishing, malware, scams, credential theft, or evasion of security systems
- Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights
- Attempts regulated decisions in areas such as employment, lending, housing, insurance, education, criminal justice, healthcare, or legal advice without appropriate human review and legal compliance
- Violates the policies of our third-party model, payment, hosting, storage, or infrastructure providers
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe these rules are violated.
7. Paid Plans, Credits, and Billing
Omniveo may offer free credits, paid subscriptions, one-time credit purchases, promotional credits, or other plans. Pricing, credit costs, included features, and limits are shown on the website and may change over time.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. By purchasing a plan, you authorize Omniveo and our payment providers to charge your payment method for subscription fees, credits, taxes, and related charges.
Credits are consumed when eligible generation tasks start. Failed payments may pause subscription features, credit delivery, or generation access until payment is resolved.
Refunds, cancellations, duplicate charges, and failed generation compensation are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Third-Party Services and Model Providers
Omniveo relies on third-party providers for authentication, payments, AI model processing, storage, hosting, analytics, email, security, and other infrastructure. Your use of certain features may be subject to those providers' terms, policies, limits, availability, and technical restrictions.
We do not control third-party model behavior, provider downtime, model capability changes, safety filters, pricing changes, output style, moderation decisions, or provider policy changes. We may add, remove, replace, rename, or retire models and features at any time.
9. AI Limitations
AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them. Do not use outputs as the sole source of truth for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other high-stakes decisions.
10. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe content on Omniveo infringes your copyright or other rights, email support@omniveo.net with:
- Your name and contact information
- A description of the copyrighted work or right you claim was infringed
- The URL, task ID, or other location information for the allegedly infringing content
- A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
We may remove or restrict content and accounts in response to valid complaints, repeat infringement, legal obligations, or provider requirements.
11. Privacy
Your use of Omniveo is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and retain personal information, User Content, uploaded media, and generation data.
12. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of Omniveo, including models, pricing, credits, features, formats, and availability. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for Omniveo or others, failed to pay, abused credits, violated provider policies, or if required by law.
If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact support@omniveo.net. We may ask for account, billing, or usage information to review the case.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Omniveo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omniveo and its operators, affiliates, providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or output misuse. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Omniveo in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Omniveo, its operators, affiliates, providers, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Omniveo, User Content, Generated Outputs, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where permitted, disputes must be resolved individually and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Omniveo after the update becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.
