Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Omniveo ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use omniveo.net, including our AI video generation, AI image generation, upload, payment, history, and support features.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign in, we receive account details such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication provider ID, and account preferences. We use this information to identify your account, keep you signed in, provide support, and prevent abuse.

AI generation content

When you use Omniveo, we may process prompts, negative prompts, uploaded images, uploaded videos, reference media, generation settings, model choices, task status, generated videos, generated images, thumbnails, download metadata, and task logs.

Billing and transaction information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Creem, or PayPal where available. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or bank credentials. We may store billing email, customer ID, subscription status, order ID, plan, credit balance, receipt metadata, and transaction status so we can manage your account and respond to billing questions.

Usage, device, and security data

We collect technical data such as IP address, browser, device type, operating system, session activity, pages visited, feature usage, error logs, fraud signals, and security events. This helps us operate the service, troubleshoot errors, detect abuse, and improve reliability.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, security, preferences, and checkout flows. We may also use analytics or attribution tools to understand product usage and improve the website. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some service features may stop working if essential cookies are disabled.

Support communications

If you contact us, we may collect your email address, message, screenshots, order details, account identifiers, and any other information you choose to provide.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Omniveo service
  • Authenticate users and manage accounts
  • Process generations, uploads, downloads, history, and model settings
  • Process payments, credits, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, and chargeback reviews
  • Respond to support, privacy, billing, copyright, and abuse reports
  • Monitor reliability, diagnose errors, and improve product quality
  • Detect fraud, spam, policy violations, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI Generation and Uploaded Media

To complete your generation request, Omniveo may send prompts, uploaded media, settings, task metadata, and generated task data to third-party AI model providers or infrastructure providers. These providers process the data only as needed to deliver the requested feature, subject to their own service terms, privacy practices, and technical requirements.

We do not use your prompts, uploaded media, or generated outputs to train Omniveo-owned models without your explicit consent. Third-party AI model providers may have their own data handling rules. Where a provider offers no-training, retention, or enterprise processing controls that apply to Omniveo, we apply those controls where available.

You should not upload private, sensitive, confidential, illegal, or third-party content unless you have the rights and permissions needed to process it through an AI service.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We share information only when needed to run Omniveo, protect users, or comply with law:

  • AI model providers: to process video, image, and related generation requests
  • Payment providers: to process checkout, subscriptions, credits, invoices, refunds, and disputes
  • Infrastructure providers: to host the website, databases, storage, CDN, email, analytics, and security systems
  • Support and operations tools: to answer user requests and diagnose account issues
  • Legal and safety requests: when required by law, court order, government request, or to protect rights, safety, and security
  • Business transfers: if Omniveo is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets

We require service providers to process information only for the purposes we authorize, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Account records are kept while your account remains active.
  • Billing and transaction records are kept as required for tax, accounting, compliance, and dispute handling.
  • Generation task records, uploaded reference media, and outputs are generally retained to support history, downloads, retry flows, abuse prevention, and customer support.
  • Temporary upload files and processing artifacts may be deleted earlier when no longer needed.
  • Security logs and abuse signals may be retained for a reasonable period to protect the service.
  • Support messages are retained as needed to resolve issues and maintain business records.

You may request deletion of your account or generated content by contacting us. We may keep limited records when required by law, to prevent fraud, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our terms.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS, access controls, cloud security features, logging, and limited access to sensitive systems. No internet service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority.

To make a privacy request, email support@omniveo.net with the subject line "Privacy Request". We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. International Processing

Omniveo and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from your local laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

9. Children's Privacy

Omniveo is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Omniveo, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
